Health and Wellness is not separate from our work life. It is important to learn how to find movement and calm throughout our work days. Learn how to incorporate practices into your day to maintain balance within the mind and body.

Private Groups

Work together with me and a small group of others. Whether you grab a bunch of friends or family, this is a great opportunity to try Yoga together. Or if your goals align a tailored class to your group to take you another step closer.

I have designed a 6-week YOGA FOR THE OFFICE course to help you support your staff in their lives both in the office and beyond the office.

PRIVATE GROUPS

Get a small group of friends and family together and work with me personally to build skills and learn together. Group yoga is a great way to build relationships and reduce stresses.

Prior our first session I would (if possible) like to meet with the group and outline the intentions and goals of the group. From there I will develop personalised session plans for your group.
